At CustomTee, all our products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand process. This means each item is specially created just for you after your order is placed.

🚫 No Return / No Exchange Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

❗ Exceptions (Damaged or Wrong Product Only)

We only offer replacements in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong item / incorrect design / wrong size (from our side)

📸 Proof Required

To request a replacement, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos/videos of:
  • The product
  • The issue/defect
  • Packaging (if applicable)

🔁 Replacement Policy

If your request is approved:

• We will provide a free replacement
• No refunds will be issued

📏 Size & Color Disclaimer

• Please refer to the size chart carefully before ordering
• Slight color variations may occur due to screen differences

We are not responsible for size issues or minor color differences, and such cases are not eligible for return or replacement.

📦 Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed, as production begins immediately
